Your appointment is reserved especially for you. We value your patronage and ask that you please respect our time and scheduling policies. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving proper notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the time slot and accommodate other clients wanting to receive services. As a courtesy, appointments are confirmed starting at 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment scheduled months before. However, it remains your responsibility to remember your appointment date/time to avoid late arrivals and/or missed appointments.


48-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice is appreciated and required. All appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours will result in a $50 fee.


'NO SHOWS' will be charged 100% of the full price of the service. Same day cancellations are considered a 'NO SHOW'.


All appointments must be confirmed with a valid credit card. 


PRODUCTS

Our skincare products have active ingredients designed to treat various skin conditions. If a reaction occurs, please notify your skincare specialist in person or via email/text/phone. All unopened retail items may be returned within 15 days for exchange or spa credit only. We do not offer any refunds.


GIFT CARDS

All gift card and certificate sales are final and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card or certificate. Gift cards or certificates must be presented at the time of redemption. Lofty Lashes and Skin Care is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards or certificates. Gift cards and certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. 


ARRIVAL POLICY

We kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled treatment. First-time guests will be asked to fill out a complete intake questionnaire to ensure a safe service.
